Instantor’s new R-Press system is a game-changer for ACR installers. Designed for high-pressure applications up to 48 bar, including refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps (refrigeration side), VRF, and VRV systems – R-press fittings deliver clean, reliable joints without the hassle of flame-based methods.
Because it’s flame-free, there’s no need for hot work permits, fire watches, or lengthy risk assessments. That means quicker installs, less downtime, and safer working conditions, especially in tight or sensitive spaces.
Instantor R-Press fittings use a precision-engineered 3-point press design for strong, permanent joints you can count on. It’s a mechanical joint, so there’s no need for nitrogen purging, which keeps your systems

Whether you’re using your own tool or jaws from otherbrands, the Instantor R-Press fittings integrate seamlessly to ensure reliable and efficient performance.
Tools with a 19kN force rating are approved for use with press fittings and tubing up to 1 1/8″, while jaw and tool compatibility spans sizes from 1/4″ to 1 1/8″.
Please note that while most major 19kN tools are supported, a few select models may not be compatible.
